Ever missed your class by 5 minutes and had to wait another full hour until the next one? Never again!

Our clever gym layout allows us to start sessions every 30 mins while still giving a full one hour workout.

All sessions are capped at 8-10 people and are run by a coach.

Strong & Con is a 1 hr strength and cardio workout designed for all fitness levels & ages. We use 2 rooms of the gym, this is what allows us start a new session every 30 mins. On Fridays we don’t do any cardio, hence the session named Strong.

Strong 45 is a 45 minute strength focussed workout that will help improve your metabolism, movement quality, bone density and general health.

Strength & Balance is similar to Strong 45. It is run by a university qualified health professional. It is designed to safely increase your strength, bone density, prevent injury and falls as well as manage longer term injuries and niggles.
